By downloading or using Cuisina ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Cuisina on iOS devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels from the App
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the App's API

Content & Accuracy

Meal plans, recipes, ingredient lists, and nutritional information in Cuisina are generated with the assistance of AI and are provided for informational and inspirational purposes only.

We make no warranty that recipe content is complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular dietary need or medical condition. Always verify ingredients and nutritional information independently, especially if you have allergies, intolerances, or specific health requirements.

Cuisina is not a medical or dietary advisory service. Consult a qualified professional for specific dietary or health advice.

Allergen & Dietary Disclaimer

While Cuisina provides meal type filters (Vegan, Halal, Jain, Gluten-Free, etc.), these filters are based on general category classification. We cannot guarantee that any meal plan or recipe is free from cross-contamination or fully compliant with strict religious or medical dietary requirements.

Users with severe allergies or strict dietary requirements should exercise independent judgment before preparing or consuming any recipe.

Intellectual Property

The Cuisina name, logo, and all original content within the App are the intellectual property of their respective owners. All rights are reserved.

Cuisine names, cultural recipes, and culinary traditions referenced in the App are part of the public cultural heritage of their respective communities.

Advertising

Cuisina is a free app supported by advertising through Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge that you may be shown advertisements. Advertisers are responsible for their own content. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any advertiser.

Availability & Updates

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cuisina and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on any content within the App.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from use of the App shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.

Apple App Store Terms

Your use of Cuisina downloaded from the Apple App Store is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. Apple is not responsible for Cuisina or its content.
